Console me. Give me your arms, your silence, your full gaze. Be there, say nothing. It's rare to find someone able to listen to our emptiness. Yet, we all need that. But it requires too much love. A certain madness. You have to have suffered to know how to comfort. To understand the absence of noise that a wound requires to heal. To hold back the need to talk about yourself and be able to listen without having to hear anything. To know that you are useful in stillness. And that it's enough. That it's the best you can do. Before the night ends. Where can you find that person? Who knows how to wait, to embrace, and whose tenderness is in the patience of seeing our day rise again.
